Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons of nuoc mam li>
- 8 tablespoons of water li>
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar or white vinegar li>
- 2 teaspoon of powdered sugar li>
- 1 small red pepper li>
- few strands of shredded carrots li>
Preparation :
Mix the sauce nuoc mam, water, vinegar and sugar in a bowl, heat it for 5 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved, add the pepper and chop the carrots into thin strips and allow to cool .
Serve with nems.
